Software Engineer
The first round was a phone screen. The recruiter was a little late, but it was otherwise a pretty standard call. It was disappointing though, because the recruiter mentioned that the job posting wasn't accurate about in-office expectations anymore. The second round was a Karat interview, which I hope to never do again. The interviewer seemed really focused on just moving through the process quickly and wasn't really paying attention to what I was doing, which I found distracting.

Provider Activation Associate
I first got contacted by a recruiter to set up an interview. I gave them my availability, but then had to wait three days and chase them myself to get it scheduled, which was pretty weird. When they finally confirmed, the recruiter sent the wrong number in the email, which I had to point out. The interview itself felt super fast and impersonal. The person just quickly talked about the company, asked a few questions, and then just cut the call short saying they'd let me know in a week. I didn't even get to ask any questions or chat properly. After putting in effort and being really into the company's mission, I was bummed by how unprofessional and uncaring the whole thing felt. Really hope they can sort out their coordination and how they treat candidates.

Product Manager
I made it to the final round for this Product Manager role. This whole process felt pretty long with 8 distinct conversations, plus a substantial take-home assignment. Most of these chats (besides presenting the assignment) were quite brief, around 30 minutes. While I get not wanting to eat up too much candidate time, I felt like these were often a bit rushed and didn't allow for much depth. Honestly, I think closer to 45 minutes would be better to give yourself a decent chance to make a good impression in the limited time you have.

Software Engineer
A recruiter reached out. We had a first zoom call to chat about my background and the company. Then I got scheduled for an interview through Karat. They work with people globally so you can interview whenever works for you. The recruiter was super responsive and helpful. I wasn't feeling great the day of my interview, so it didn't go as planned, but if the interview process is any indication of the company, I'd recommend them!
