had an initial screening then was ghosted completely even after emailing for an update, which was a really negative experience from a supposed mental health company. At least have the courtesy to let people know if you are not moving forward with them.

The interview process included a 30-minute call with the Recruiter, followed by an online interview with the Head of Success in the US. After that, I had an online interview with the MD in Europe. Then, there were 3 separate 30-minute interviews with members of the CS team. The final step was to prepare and present a 90-day plan to the MD of Europe. Everyone I met was great and very positive. I'm marking this as a negative experience because I never got any feedback on why I didn't get the job, even after making it to the final round.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I applied online, but ended up getting an employee referral which seemed to help. The recruiter gave me a call for a screening, and then the hiring manager called me later that same week. The next step was flying out to Santa Monica for a half-day of interviews with five people from sales, marketing, and ops, including the hiring manager. Before the in-person interviews, I had to do a take-home assignment about a fictional customer at risk of churning. We discussed my approach during one of the 1:1s. The following week, they asked for 3-5 referrals, and they contacted them quickly and professionally. I got the final feedback about a week after that.
