My interview experience with this company in Oct 2025 was terrible. After completing 4 interview rounds, including one with the country manager, I received and signed an offer. However, just a week later, they unilaterally altered the role's scope, adding significant overseas work without compensation or allowances. This effectively forced me to consider breaking the contract. It also seems to have negatively impacted my prospects with IBM, despite assurances from their TA. I'm unsure of the true reasons, but they were dishonest with me. Would you want to join this company only to have your offer rescinded or your work conditions changed without fair compensation?

The interview process started with a recruiter screen, then a hiring manager chat, followed by peer interviews, and it wrapped up with a final panel interview that included a presentation. The whole process felt really friendly, more like casual chats than formal interviews. I also got plenty of time to ask questions about the role and the company during each stage. I ended up declining the offer because I had another opportunity that felt like a better fit, but their compensation was competitive, and they clearly value their employees. It genuinely seems like a great place to work.

The whole interview process spanned almost 4 weeks and had 8 rounds. This included 3 coding rounds, 2 technical discussions, 2 manager rounds (unsure why they asked similar generic questions), and a final HOE round which felt even less useful than the manager rounds. Overall, the interviews were good and focused on actual knowledge rather than just Leetcode problems. However, my last tech round was with an interviewer from the Bangalore office, which was unfortunate. They asked a random design question (neither HLD nor LLD) and a hardware-related question. Despite solving it and passing all test cases, I received negative feedback. So, if you're interviewing, good luck if you get someone from the Bangalore office.

Don't bother applying. After 6 interviews and a 40-hour case study, I got a generic email saying they chose someone else. Honestly, it's rude and disrespectful given the effort candidates put in. I even asked for feedback to improve, but got nothing. Some interviewers seemed clueless, asking questions they didn't understand themselves. A product marketing person gave me one-word answers and seemed distracted, like they were talking to others. The questions were weird, like asking for a super specific example of using a specific tool at a specific time to get a specific result.
