Support Engineer
I applied and got an email from a recruiter to schedule a call. I scheduled it, but the recruiter never called at the scheduled time. After I followed up, I didn't get a response for days. I rescheduled, and the recruiter emailed saying she would miss the call, which was good communication this time. I responded to reschedule, but never heard back, so I texted her. We rescheduled for the third time. On the day, she called and I mentioned I'm familiar with terraforms but not other hashicorp products. She said that's fine, they expect Linux knowledge and that I'd get a link for an hour-long assessment. The assessment was straightforward if you know Linux, focusing on package managers. I'm confident I got most answers right. I didn't hear back until I emailed the recruiter, who then said the hiring manager decided not to move forward, and I never got feedback.
- How can one check the CPU and network usage on a Linux system?
Senior Support Engineer
It was a really long interview process with 4 stages in total. My experience as a DevOps/Cloud Engineer and handling high-priority tickets means the technical interview wasn't a problem. They were really keen on setting up the interview quickly, and I thought the whole experience was positive and showed off the team's culture. There was a small issue in the 4th interview where an interviewer didn't show up, probably a miscommunication, but the team handled it well, apologized, and rescheduled. Unfortunately, I didn't get the offer because they found a candidate who was a better fit. I was told HR would call with detailed feedback, but it's been a while, so I don't think that's happening.

- What do you know about HTTP error codes?
- Can you explain your experience with SSL certificates?
Support Engineer
The interview process involved 4 interviews. All interviewers were very professional and positive people, generally one of the most positive interview processes I have seen. They have a great Interviewer scheduling system, where you mark when you would he available.
