Shift Supervisor
We advertise the position online and locally. Then we collect and review all the applications we get. After that, we do initial phone screenings. Then we schedule people for in-person interviews. In the interviews, we evaluate communication skills, attitude, and experience. We also administer a short trial shift. Then we gather feedback from the staff about the candidates. Fry Cook
It was a friendly and fast-paced interview. We talked a lot about your kitchen experience, how you handle food safety, juggling tasks, working with a team, and when you're available. We really stressed how important it is to be reliable, deal with the heat, and always aim for good quality and cleanliness, plus making customers happy.
