It was pretty straightforward. They asked me about my skills, covering both management and technical aspects. They also wanted to know about how I handle conflict and my people skills. I was asked what drew me to the company and what I thought my future growth would be here.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was intense but also welcoming. The interviewers were a mix of hostile and accommodating, which kept me on my toes. There were moments when the interviewers argued with each other, and it became very personal. In fact, one of the managers quit mid-interview, which presented an immediate opportunity for advancement. Would I go through it again? No. Am I glad I did it and did it make me a better person? Yes and YES!

The District Manager called me about my resume and we scheduled an interview for the following week at the store. When I arrived, I was told to sit and wait for the DM. She then asked me to fill out an application, which she reviewed before asking me questions from a form. I answered, and she noted down a word or left it blank. Finally, she told me she wanted someone with 3 years of restaurant management experience, even though my resume said I was a supervisor previously.
