Shift Supervisor
We advertise the position online and locally. Then we collect and review all the applications we get. After that, we do initial phone screenings. Then we schedule people for in-person interviews. In the interviews, we evaluate communication skills, attitude, and experience. We also administer a short trial shift. Then we gather feedback from the staff about the candidates. After that, we check references. Finally, we make the final decision and offer the position.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Shift Manager
Applied online, and after about 3 weeks, I got a call for an interview. I interviewed with both the General Manager and the District Manager. They were both nice and positive. I got an offer and did the paperwork, got my clock-in number and my shirt.
- Would you be open to working extra hours?
- What makes you a good fit for this job?
Shift Leader
It's really easy to move up from a crew member to a shift leader. There are lots of chances to take on more work and get promoted fast, even if the pay isn't quite enough for all the work you do.
- What hours are you available to work?
