Marketing Training Management
There were 3 rounds, over 2 days. You only get called for the next rounds the next day if you clear the first round. The first round was super short, like 3 mins, with someone from TA. She asked about my work experience. After a 2 min speech from me, she said I seemed suited for management and that I'd hear back if shortlisted. I was shortlisted and went for the next round the next day. Round 2 is with the direct manager, or Trainer. They explain the role, what's expected, and career growth. This usually happens at a coffee shop. Round 3 is with HR, another quick one, 4 mins for me. I was supposed to ask more questions, but didn't really have any. The people are nice and friendly, and the process is pretty simple, they try to make you feel comfortable. Nothing stressful at all.

Customer Service and Sales Representative
So I applied for this Customer Service and Sales job in Downtown Toronto. The actual job title kinda doesn't matter though, you'll see. The first interview was super short, like 10 minutes, with really basic questions. Then, the second interview, there were a bunch of us with this guy Xavier. He dropped the bomb that no matter what job you applied for, you start by selling credit cards at a Canadian Tire booth for a week or two. After that, there were more questions to fill out and they went over the pay, which is basically minimum wage. The daily grind is like: be at their office at 9:30, travel for 1.5 hours to a Canadian Tire, work a 6-7 hour shift selling, then head home. This commute, plus no travel reimbursement, isn't great for me since I already commute to Toronto. They did say this initial Canadian Tire part is just a formality and they want you to get through it fast. But then, they mention that as a manager, you'd be managing a team doing this exact same job at Canadian Tire. It's like a loop. Honestly, the whole process and the company are a joke. They call it marketing but it's super basic and they act like it's impressive. They target recent grads with fancy words and fake logic. If you can see through the BS, their 'smart' talk won't fool you. Seriously, if you're a recent grad, don't bother.

CRM Assistant Manager
I applied online for an entry-level CRM assistant job in Toronto. Turns out, it was actually an entry-level sales and marketing to management program, which sounded pretty neat. I got an email for an in-person screening, done in pairs, which lasted about 10-15 minutes. They told us if we got a call that evening, we'd move on, otherwise, it was a polite rejection. I got a call back for a second interview, which was 1.5 hours long. It started with a group lesson about what H2 Concepts does, including the head of the branch talking about his background. I wasn't really into that part and started to doubt if I wanted the job. Then, we all sat in a room to complete a personality assessment and were called in for a one-on-one interview, again in pairs. They again mentioned we'd hear back that night about start dates if hired, or it would be a silent no. I did get the job offer, but ultimately it wasn't the right fit for me. I got a strange vibe from the temporary office, the boss, and the whole process. This experience might differ for others or at different offices. For my group, it was a mixed bag – one person left mid-process, while another was very interested. Best of luck to anyone considering the company!

Marketing Assistant
I submitted my application online and got a call the very next day. They said I could interview the following day, which was a Saturday. The first interview was super short, maybe 10 minutes. They mentioned I'd hear back that same afternoon if I moved on. I got a call and was invited for a second interview on the next business day. At that point, there were 5 of us waiting, and we were taken to a room for a briefing about the company and the role, which turned out to be more of a sales position. After that, we had to complete a personality test and some written questions. Later, we were interviewed in pairs. I wasn't expecting to get the job because the other candidate seemed more qualified, but I got a call the same day and they offered me the position.
