First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at H2 Concepts.
Sales Representative
The interview started with a 1-on-1 chat with the Manager. She was cool and direct, asking about my background and aspirations, and then explained the company's work. Next up was a group session, followed by another 1-on-1. In that second interview, they dove deeper into the company's growth strategy and my specific role. During the final 1-on-1, we talked more about the job and also went over pay details.
- What are you seeking in a company?
- What are you looking for in a company?
Sales Representative
The interview process had two rounds. The first was a one-on-one, and the second was a group interview. It seemed pretty easy as long as you were clear, concise, and confident in expressing your past experience to make them look like you know your career goal. The position seemed shady, so I didn't proceed further with the selection.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Describe your previous work experience.
Sales Representative
It was a really quick interview, like under 5 minutes. They just looked over my resume and asked some basic questions about my past work. There were a lot of people applying. They said they'd call back the people who did well that same day, but they never did.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience based on your CV?
