It was a 3-step interview: a work aptitude questionnaire, a video interview in French with the manager, and a final in-person group interview. I was excluded at the last step, and it was unclear what the company expected me to know beforehand. My potential and aptitude for the role weren't explored much. The managers who were evaluating invited mutual tolerance but in practice, they showed little tolerance themselves.

It was a good interview experience. It included a phone screen, a meeting with the hiring manager, and then a panel interview. The GCT team was friendly and made the conversation engaging to see how my past experiences would fit in. The recruiter was also kind and dedicated.

I talked to the recruiter first. It was a very standard, uninteresting call. I felt like she wasn't into me from the start, for whatever reason. After that, they had me do a personality test. Then, silence. I was expecting a better experience, especially for an employee experience role.

Group Presentation Case

It was a long online interview, then 2 days in person where they covered travel, hotel, and food. Day 1 had 12 people in a group interview with a lot of role-playing and a presentation about the company. Day 2 involved smaller groups doing a mock city tour. There were many last-minute changes, and it felt disorganized with poor communication between hiring managers. Some people got an offer on the spot over the weekend, but others had to wait. After the interview weekend, several candidates, including myself, had to follow up with hiring managers for updates.

  • How would you handle a situation where a guest isn't following the bus seat rotation plan, causing annoyance to others?
