- Is it an easy interview because people are always needed?

We had a group interview with 5 other people applying for different roles. The main goal was to see if we'd be a good cultural fit. The interviewers intentionally made things uncomfortable to see how we handled it during a group exercise. This exercise was meant to show off teamwork and communication. Afterwards, we had to give feedback to each other, which was pretty awkward since we'd just met.
- Tell me about a significant mistake you've made and the lessons you took away from it.

This was a fun but long interview process. The phone interview was with a nice recruiter. Then there was a fun group interview where we did an egg drop challenge. We met another great candidate there. Finally, we had interviews with hiring managers.
