The interview process had three parts. The first interview was a phone call. The second interview was a Teams call with the Manager. The third interview was a Teams call with the Team. These were typical interview questions, and it was good to be passionate about the work.

So my interview process was pretty good even though I spent a lot of time on it for an outcome I didn't expect. I'd gotten close with the recruiter, and we had 4 interviews in total. It started with the recruiter, who I stayed in touch with the whole time. It was a phone call where she just wanted to learn more about me. After that, I spoke with the director of the team. Then I had an interview with an associate and a director. The last one was with two people who are managers. I got to the final round, the fourth interview, and they said they hired someone with more experience. I was pretty bummed because it's my dream company. But the recruiter said it was a tough choice and they'd reach out if another role opened up. I built a good connection and was just thankful for the chance and to have interviewed with my dream company!

I had a few interviews for this role. First, a call with a recruiter, then a chat with the hiring manager, and finally, I met with two senior leaders one-on-one. The interviews themselves were good, and they asked important questions. Everyone was really nice. The main issue for me was not fully grasping the job description and the day-to-day tasks, plus the expected working hours. I ended up declining the offer because it seemed like a very high workload with poor work-life balance, and the salary offered didn't seem to match the required output.

I had a video call with the department manager that lasted about 30 minutes. The manager seemed reluctant to be there, as if they were obligated to conduct the interview. Their attitude was unfriendly, and they were generally unhelpful when I asked questions about the job, benefits, and the company. I was already hesitant about this interview because of negative reviews for the London office. Their feedback after the interview was quite strange, as it didn't seem related to what I was asked or my answers. It's possible they confused my feedback with someone else's.
