Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Golin.
Associate
There were three main parts to the interview process: a screening, a meeting with the teams, and a writing test. It was a pretty fast process, but fitting in with the company culture was important too. The writing test had a time limit and included three different prompts.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience and why you're interested in our company?
Digital Associate
I applied online and then completed an initial phone screening with HR. After passing the phone screening, I met with 3 different employees for 30 minutes each. I followed up with HR and asked when I could expect to hear back and was told that by next week I would hear back about next steps. No one ever got back to me, not to tell me next steps or that they had chosen to go in a different direction.
- What motivates you to want to work at Golin?
Senior Associate
It was a pretty simple interview process. I had one call with HR to start, then two more interviews with the account team and some leadership. All the conversations were super casual, no unexpected questions.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you elaborate on your resume?
- What is your interest in Golin?
