It was a really chill and relaxed interview. The assistant manager chatted with me. We talked about how the store is doing right now and what they expect from someone in this role. The store is tiny, so we actually had to walk out into the mall for the interview, which was fine because it wasn't busy at all.

The first step was a recruiter call where they asked basic questions like why I chose Godiva. Then, I had to introduce myself in English and discuss any past experience in shop assistant or customer service roles. Finally, they asked about my availability in terms of days per week.

Had 2 rounds of interviews, first with HR and then with the Director. The chat went well and I got positive feedback. They talked about the company, its culture, and what challenges I might face. The HR person wasn't super familiar with the marketing role though, as they kept asking me to define marketing and its scope.
