I went through 3 interviews total. First up was an HR chat, then I spoke with the manager over the phone, and finally, I had an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. All the interviews were pretty standard, mostly asking about how things work in retail.

I had three interviews. The first was with an Assistant Manager in the store. The second was with the Store Manager over the phone. The third was with a Store Manager from another province, also on the phone. The interviewers were great and I thought the interviews went well, but the process was super long and kind of unprofessional. I did the first two interviews in week 1. The third interview was at the end of week 2. By week 3, I hadn't heard anything and decided to drop out because they mentioned there would be at least two more interviews if I moved forward. I'd also read that some people had rejected other job offers thinking Godiva would hire them after multiple interviews, only to be rejected after more than five. I wasn't going to risk that, so when I didn't hear back in week 3, I stopped trying and found other jobs. Now I have solid offers from four other companies. Tonight, I got an email from the store manager saying I didn't make it. That's fine, I would have pulled myself out by now anyway.

The interviews were mostly over the phone, with two separate calls: one with the regional manager and another with the head of HR. I also had an in-person meeting with the district manager. The process was efficient and professional, and I received an offer within about two days of the final interview.
