I had to get ready to do a presentation beforehand. They only gave me one day for the interview, and I did it over teams. I wish I could've moved things around to go in person. They said I'd have 20 minutes to present.

So, I had this interview, there were 5 questions in total. Three of them they sent over ahead of time, and then two they hit me with right then and there. It was a panel of like 5 or 6 people. After all that, it took about two weeks to hear back, and then the background check took another few weeks.

I was contacted by the Hiring manager for a phone interview which included other Team member. Sent email next day that i have been scheduled for a Panel interview (Not flexible on the date). I had 5 people interviewed. Some of the Questions asked shows they don't know what they were looking for. Hiring manager walked me to the door after the interviewed and asked me to confirmed if i will come to the office 4 days On-site. I received an update next day they won't be moving forward. Just a waste of time.

So, I had this phone chat with a recruiter first, which was cool and professional. Then, they had me come in for a panel interview with some of the people I'd be working with. Everyone was really nice and made me feel welcome, and it felt more like a chat than an interrogation. They were mostly asking about how I work with others, communicate, and handle feedback from clients or people I'm working with – you know, more about how I am as a person and a team player, not super technical stuff. After that, I sent a thank-you email and asked if they had any feedback for me. It was a bummer though, 'cause I never heard back or got any updates, which was disappointing after such good conversations.
