The interview process was pretty straightforward. It was a panel interview with the supervisor and some engineers from the region. They held it at one of their main offices. No HR people were on the panel. It was easy to get through if you've worked in the utility industry before. They asked some questions about my personal and career performance. The communication was easy.

Behavioral Technical

Met someone at the Georgia Power career fair, waited in line, and then talked to a rep who passed me to someone else. They set up an interview for the next day on campus. It wasn't super technical, mostly about personality and problem-solving scenarios. Lastly, there was a phone call to figure out the best position for me.

I got an email about the interview and then went in person. It was a panel interview with two people who asked me mostly behavioral questions. The whole thing took about half an hour.
