I was in the selection process for an internship at Garrigues for several months. Although they were initially interested, in the final stages they told me my master's degree wasn't what they were looking for, despite having passed several tests over months. This assessment came unexpectedly and made me feel like my education was being disqualified without clear justification. Also, at the end of the process, they asked me to 'wait' because I hadn't been officially rejected, while others were definitively notified of their situation. This left me with the feeling that my time and effort weren't adequately valued. While I understand selection processes are competitive, I believe communication and respect for candidates are essential aspects that should be improved.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • What would be the applicability or fit of my master's degree within the firm?
