First I did online tests, they give little time, but it's enough. Then they called me for a group dynamic. Not everyone in the dynamic was applying for the same position. Then they called me for an interview with HR. The truth is they have been very pleasant with me during the process.

It was a LONG AND COMPLICATED process with a 3-HOUR EXAM that included English, Math, and Psychometric tests. The interaction was good, but they didn't really evaluate the human factor; if you're having an off day or are a bit slow, they don't get a true sense of who you are.

I applied for this role three months ago and had a math test where they provide a calculator. The problems were mostly about percentages and proportions, and almost no one finished. There was also a psychometric test (practice online!), a listening comprehension section with phrasal verbs, and a group dynamic activity. The first part was in Spanish, but the conclusions had to be in English. The second round was with HR, which was quite easy and the interviewer was very friendly. They asked about my university experience, my study habits, my reasons for choosing Garrigues, and my aspirations to become a lawyer. They also asked me to mention three positive and three negative qualities.
