First, you send your CV, academic record, and a 90-second video introducing yourself, half in English and half in Spanish. Then, you do online psychometric and English tests covering spatial reasoning, reading comprehension, and math operations. After that, there's a personal interview with HR, which isn't technical at all, they are very nice and friendly. Finally, you have an interview with a partner or partners from your preferred area.

It's a multi-stage process. First, you submit your resume and several cover letters, including a video explaining your motivations. Then, you take a psychometric test and an English exam, both done on your own, with the English test requiring you to record yourself. Next, there's a group interview, which might be a video call. Finally, you'll have an interview with a partner from the department you're interested in joining.

The process started with a psychometric test, a math test, and an English test. Then, we had to write an essay, and afterwards, there was a debate about the essay topic. In my case, we discussed social media and its impact on our lives. After that, there was a legal knowledge test. If you pass this initial phase, many people are called back very quickly. A friend of mine was so interesting to HR that they called them back to repeat one of the tests because they wanted them to join.
