HR
The interview process was pretty standard, nothing too crazy. I got all the way to the end, and then just... nothing. I've reached out three times and haven't even gotten a basic reply. I know things get busy with hiring and all, but it's been a month since my last interview, and I haven't heard a peep. Honestly, this silence feels unprofessional and, let's be real, a bit lazy.

Support Specialist
The interview was over the phone, and they asked me a lot about my current role, why I'm looking to leave, and my interest in this position. Overall, it was a positive experience.
- Can you tell me about your current role?
- What are your daily tasks?
- Why are you leaving your current position?
Product Manager
I interviewed with the senior director of product management. They gave me a framework to follow, which I adhered to strictly, starting with user personas. However, they kept interrupting me to explain things I had already covered in detail. Then, they said we were running out of time and needed to speed up, even though it was them drilling into each section. They claimed my assumptions about the user types weren't what they had in mind and insisted on discussing mobile vs. desktop, which I felt was irrelevant to identifying product issues and delivering value. They contradicted themselves and me frequently, leading me to believe bias was involved. I regret wasting my time on this interview and, based on other reviews, I think I dodged a bullet.
- Imagine you're the PM for your favorite product, and its key metrics have been declining for a year. Describe how you would approach this situation and create a roadmap to address it.
Account Executive
Had a long and tough interview process, including a final interview. I put in a lot of time and effort, but never got any feedback or follow-up. After waiting weeks and sending polite follow-up emails, I was completely ignored. Future candidates might want to think twice about dealing with a company that doesn't show basic courtesy in hiring.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What's your knowledge of the product?
- What are your sales skills like?
