The interview process is structured and systematic, with clear stages indicating where you are and what's next. However, it's very lengthy and drawn-out. For a non-managerial role, 4-5 rounds of interviews plus assessments is too much. The Talent Acquisition staff was also quite arrogant and unfriendly.

The recruiter was good at following up and communicating, and the Hiring Manager seemed really interested in my CV, which was nice even though I didn't get to talk to them. The main issue was with the Senior Specialist I spoke with. They didn't mention that the job was mostly admin work until I asked about vague parts of the job description. It felt like there was a big disconnect between what the description said (global mobility focus) and what they actually wanted (a local HR admin lead). I'm not sure the Senior Specialist even knows what global mobility is, which is a key part of working for a PEO. The questions they asked didn't really check my admin skills at all, and my HR admin experience and qualifications were ignored. They said the role was client-facing and had growth potential, but if I'm not qualified with 5 years of experience, their expectations are too high. I wouldn't want to work for a company that's so disorganized and can't communicate what they're looking for or ask the right questions, especially for an operations role. The recruiter said they'd keep my CV on file, but I wouldn't be interested in hearing from them again. Really disappointing.

I had a 4-step interview process. First, I talked to the recruiter. Then, I had an interview with the people partner and the manager of the department. After that, I interviewed with someone who would be a potential team member. Finally, there was a written test with 4 scenario-based questions.
