The interview process involves 2 rounds. The first round is mainly HR-focused and includes 2 quick math problems. The second round is purely technical, and they appreciate knowledge of basic market drivers and the Fedex reserve. If your resume aligns with the role, expect several questions about your past projects to verify your involvement. Both rounds include a question about your favorite subject. If you choose a subject other than math, they'll ask you to rate your math skills. They aim to steer the conversation towards quick calculations. If you're not comfortable with mental math, it's best to give an average rating. In the second round, I mentioned economics as my favorite subject, anticipating questions on inflation and interest rates, which I was prepared for.

It started with aptitude and coding rounds, then there were interviews. Questions came from puzzles, probability sets aptitude, and the interview had 2 technical rounds and 3 test rounds. The third round was a trading based game where we had to bet using Ff coins.

Technical Group
The interview process was on-campus. First, an online assessment was conducted. Then, shortlisted candidates were divided into groups for a group discussion (GD). In the GD, there were math questions, and the fastest to answer got points. Rd 1 was the online aptitude test, Rd 2 was fastest fingers first, and Rd 3 was HR.

There was an online assesment first, with 2 sections of aptitude. The 1st section had logical and quantitative aptitude questions and the 2nd section was mental maths (45 questions in 8 minutes). After that, there were 2 rounds of interview, each 30 minutes long. The 1st round had trading questions, like investments related ones, and the 2nd round was more of an HR-like interview. I did everything, but the company ghosted me as it was an on-campus process.
