The hiring process usually involves looking over your application, a quick chat to see if you're a fit, then a phone or video call, followed by a technical test. After that, there are in-person interviews, they check your references, and if everything checks out, they'll make you an offer. Staying in touch is important during this whole thing.

Futures First came to our college for placement in August. It started with a computer test that had 2 sections: a math calculation test and an aptitude test. 50 students were shortlisted for a group activity round. This round was a 30-minute buzzer quiz with 10 groups of 5. 30 students made it to personal interview round 1, which was about an hour long. Then, about 15 students were shortlisted for the next interview, which was around 30 minutes. The last round was the HR round, for which 7 students were shortlisted. Only one student got the offer.
