Graduate Trainee
this was my HR round, where I was asked for my introduction, JEE rank, 10th and 12th percentages, about my family background, and some trading-related questions. The interview lasted approximately 20 minutes.
- Can you tell me about your family background and demonstrate your communication skills?
Graduate Trainee
The interview had 2 rounds. Both rounds included HR questions and questions about your CV. No technical questions were asked. Honesty about your motivation for working in trading is important. They also look for quantitative skills like quick calculations and puzzle solving.
- How would you manage your emotions when trading?
- What drives your interest in a career in trading?
- Could you solve a given puzzle?
Graduate Trainee
We did a calculation base test, then a quantative analysis base test. After that, there was an interview which was mostly about soft skills and risk appetite.
- What is your risk appetite?
- Tell me about your soft skills.
