Simple interview, first with HR and then with the sector leader. It's a very simple interview where they ask you about yourself. There were no technical questions. The process was quite fast. The downside is that they tell you, for example, that it's hybrid and then it turns out to be in person.

The interview process was pretty organized and professional. It started with a quick phone chat with HR about my background and why I'm keen on tax. Then, the main interview happened online with two tax folks. They asked me about my accounting classes, what I know about tax stuff, and my career plans. They were nice and let me ask questions about the team and what the internship is like. All in all, it was a good, informative chat that gave me a clear idea of the job.

The audit firm's interview process was tough but informative. First, I submitted an online application, then took an aptitude test for numerical and verbal reasoning. After passing, I had a virtual interview with both behavioral and technical questions. For the behavioral part, I was asked about past experiences showing teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving. I shared an example from a consulting project where I analyzed financial data, found issues, and suggested fixes, which tied into the job I'm applying for.

The interview process had four stages. After the initial assessment, an HR screening call, and a group assessment centre, I got to the final stage interview. Unfortunately, two days later, they sent an email stating that they had 'put the recruitment on hold due to a change in business requirements'. It was disappointing because I had just received confirmation that I made it to the final interview before they announced the pause.
