The interview process was pretty organized and professional. It started with a quick phone chat with HR about my background and why I'm keen on tax. Then, the main interview happened online with two tax folks. They asked me about my accounting classes, what I know about tax stuff, and my career plans. They were nice and let me ask questions about the team and what the internship is like. All in all, it was a good, informative chat that gave me a clear idea of the job.

I had a Zoom call with a director first. Then the next week, I met with the tax manager and a partner. All the one-on-ones were pretty chill and felt personal, but I found myself repeating my answers because they asked the same stuff. It seemed like they were more interested in my personality than my actual experience.
