I applied online and a campus recruiter got in touch with me. We then set up an interview in the office. The interviewer was a little late, about 5-10 minutes, so I waited in the office for a bit, which was pretty nice. The interview felt more like a casual chat rather than a strict Q&A or behavioral test. The interviewer started by asking how I was doing and what I had done that day, and the conversation just flowed from there. We went over my resume and they asked some questions about my transcript. They said I'd hear back the following week and mentioned they appreciated my time, although I never actually heard back from them, so clearly that wasn't the case. Despite the lack of follow-up, it was a really pleasant interview experience.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. You just apply online, and they'll get back to you in about 3 days if you seem like a good fit. There were two rounds in total. First, an HR call, which could be on Teams or over the phone, where you'd just introduce yourself and chat about your resume. Then, you'd have an interview with the direct manager over Teams, where they asked some technical questions.
