So basically there are about 3 to 4 rounds. The first round is a call with HR or recruiter. Then there are 2 rounds of interviews with the hiring managers or team members. The final interview is with a senior manager or director or partner level. Everything is done virtually on Microsoft Teams.

The interview process was pretty easy and straightforward. The hiring team was nice and communicated well with candidates. The interview was done virtually over video.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in working at Forvis?
Consultant
It was a two round interview process with senior managers, then the managing director and principal. They really just wanted to get to know you, so make sure you know your resume inside and out. They asked a couple questions about how you'd handle specific situations. Be ready with your own questions, because after a bit, they'll turn it over to you to see if you can keep a conversation going. Don't stress, it felt more like a chat than an interview! It was a pretty quick process. The recruiter let me know about the offer two weeks after my last interview.
