Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

After submitting my online application, I was invited for a face-to-face interview to check my skills, experience, and if I fit the role. They asked behavioral, technical, or situational questions. Next was a managerial interview with the department head to discuss job expectations, team dynamics, problem-solving, leadership, and company goals. Finally, I received a job offer.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The interview focused on situational questions to understand how I handle real work scenarios, as well as company-related questions to gauge my knowledge of the organization and its values.

It was a chill group interview, really good vibes and no pressure. We mostly chatted about ourselves and shared our interests. We had two activities: first, drawing the Flying Tiger logo with four personal facts, and second, picking three store products for different people (myself, family, and a brand representation) and explaining why I chose them.

There were about twenty of us interviewing for the store before it opened. We all met at a hotel and saw a presentation about the company. The main speaker said customers come first, and we come second, which was a bit odd to me. Then we had to write about ourselves and hobbies and then present it to everyone. After that, we had to pick up an item from a table, think for five minutes about how to sell it, and then present that too. Later, they took us to another room for one-on-one interviews. I waited over an hour. The manager seemed friendly but also miserable, describing the job as grueling and soul-sucking, not trying to sell it to me. She asked questions that weren't on any of the sites I prepared for. When I finished answering, she would just stare, which felt intimidating.

Group Case Behavioral

I was emailed a date and time for a group interview, and there were around 14 people there. We were split into two groups of 7. My group had to do an activity where we were given a scenario, a budget, and we had to choose what to buy for that scenario while staying within the budget. Then we had to explain to the interviewer our choices and the total cost. After that, we went upstairs and answered a few questions, which felt more like a casual chat. It was a really nice experience for my first interview.

  • Can you tell me what you know about our company?
