I was invited for the interview, told to arrive at a certain time but that it would be based upon who arrived first as there were other applicants. I was also told to dress business professional. Upon walking into office it was similar to a waiting room and all others were dressed extremely casual. When I was called back to interview I learned more about the company and job which were not what I was expecting at all. It sounded like alot of door to door but with leads for businesses, which was not what was expected from the description.

Overall great interview experience. I loved that I got to actually meet the CEO on the first interview. He's super friendly and personable, and I think it's great that he's involved in the day-to-day operations and so in touch with the staff. I sat down with for about 30 minutes for the preliminary interview - he covered all the details of the Account Manager position I had applied for through my University Job Board. Everyone I had contact with was extremely helpful and very energetic and seemed to love what they do - very promising. They were also up-front about pay, benefits, schedule, job duties, etc.

I received an email to set up an initial interview. It was quite short, lasting about 10-15 minutes. After that, they invited me for a second round, which they called 'training.' This could be done during the week or on a Saturday. I opted for a Saturday since I work weekdays. I walked into a room with several other people, and we all felt a bit uncertain about the role, just like I did. We suspected it might involve door-to-door sales. I spoke with a Corporate Trainer who explained the 'upward mobility' structure. Apparently, you begin as an Account Executive, earning around $500-$1000 per week, with potential for growth. However, it turns out to be a door-to-door sales position. The company culture seemed welcoming, and they appeared to invest in employee training. But the core of the job involves cold calling and selling to small businesses. I felt the job title was misleading and the description was very unclear. I was offered the position but turned it down.

There are three rounds of interviews. The first round interview is to talk to the manager and get to know about each of the parties. The second round interview is a whole day job shadowing. The candidates will shadow a sales representative in the real field, doing door to door sales. The third round interview is conducted right after the whole day job shadowing to go over the day with a manager.
