The interview started with a field trip where we followed a manager to a gated neighborhood for door-to-door sales. We had to sneak onto the metro to get there and then walk in our professional attire in the heat. Once there, we went door to door trying to get people to sign up for products, and most people rejected us. After a few hours of this, we returned and then had a normal interview. I was hired on the spot but turned down the offer.

It took about a week. First, I met with a really nice lady for a quick chat where they asked me some basic stuff and gave me the job description. Then, I came back to shadow one of their top people and see what their day-to-day looked like. After that, I had a third round of interviews with the Managing Director, and they offered me the job.
