I had a 30-45 minute interview with a panel of 4 people, including a director, two senior analysts, and a junior analyst. They asked me behavioral and situational questions based on my resume. They were very nice and friendly.

The interview process was pretty relaxed and straightforward. The management team was friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the interview, which lasted about 45 minutes. After the interview, they gave me a tour of the bank, and the other staff members were also very welcoming.

I applied and got called for an in-person interview in under a week. The parking instructions I was given were wrong and didn't account for construction. The interview was in a conference room on the department's floor. The hiring manager and the department director (who wasn't on the invite) were there. It ran way over an hour. About two weeks later, I got an email for another phone chat.

I put in my application online on January 25th. A few days later, on January 29th, I got an online teller assessment to complete. I didn't hear anything back until February 22nd. Then, I had an in-person interview on February 27th with the branch manager and another higher-up from the bank. Even though I have a good background and the skills needed for a teller, I got an email on March 4th saying they chose someone else. They mentioned they enjoyed learning about my experience and qualifications, and that it wasn't an easy decision. They also said I could ask for more specific feedback. Interestingly, they still haven't filled the job as of March 5th, and they've actually re-posted the position online.

  • Can you describe the most challenging decision you've faced in the last six months?
