Bank Teller
The interview process was pretty relaxed and straightforward. The management team was friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the interview, which lasted about 45 minutes. After the interview, they gave me a tour of the bank, and the other staff members were also very welcoming.
- What makes you interested in a teller position?
Bank Teller
2 round interview process with at least one teller, one manager, and the branch manager. Fairly relaxed process and they do try to make you comfortable throughout. I find they often run late to start and are long interviews, communication afterwards is usually pretty good but it depends on the specific branch
- Can you describe a difficult decision you had to make recently and explain your reasoning?
Bank Teller
I spoke with the Branch Supervisor and a Banker for about 45 minutes. Then I was asked to come back later that day or another day if the Branch Manager was free. The Branch Manager was available later that day for a second interview, which lasted about 25 minutes. A week later, I got the job offer.
