Farmacity Interview Questions
& Process

The interview started with a relaxed atmosphere, where they presented the company, the job requirements, and the work conditions and benefits. After that, all the candidates introduced themselves and gave a brief summary of their background. Then, we did a role-playing exercise with hypothetical situations related to advising clients, as required by the position.

I applied on the farmacity website for the beauty advisor position. A week later, they called me for a virtual group interview. First, we had icebreaker questions where we had to pick a random number between 1 and 10 and answer a question based on it. Then, we did a role-playing game where one person was a complaining client, another was an employee offering a solution, and a third employee provided incorrect information. After that, they asked about my experience, why I wanted to work there, and what I expected from the company.

First, there was a phone call lasting about 45 minutes. Then, there was an in-person group session where all the selected candidates had to interact. We had to introduce ourselves, state our strengths and weaknesses, talk about how we feel comfortable working in a team, and what we expect from the company. Afterwards, we played group games where they presented a case, and we had to explain how we would solve it.

I accessed the interview through Emi Trabajo and then they sent me an email for the interview. First, I had a video call interview, it was a group interview with recruiters from Buenos Aires, where they asked us general questions, what we do and why we are interested in the job, our interests, etc. The second interview was in person and individual, with the manager of the Santa Fe city branch. Both were pleasant and calm.
