First a group interview, then a face-to-face one. It was quick and pleasant. Nothing out of the ordinary. They asked about my availability, and right off the bat, they mentioned that the shifts are rotating... whenever it suits them. It's up to each branch.

First there's an interview with HR, typical questions like work experience and about yourself. The second is with a branch manager, same as with HR but you have to lead it more and the manager asks you questions.

The interview process was through an agency and conducted virtually. I found the interview to be very poor. There were 10 of us on Zoom from WhatsApp. This interview format is not comfortable. I couldn't express myself well, and this type of interview doesn't make sense. I didn't like it. It was a pointless experience.
