I accessed the interview through Emi Trabajo and then they sent me an email for the interview. First, I had a video call interview, it was a group interview with recruiters from Buenos Aires, where they asked us general questions, what we do and why we are interested in the job, our interests, etc. The second interview was in person and individual, with the manager of the Santa Fe city branch. Both were pleasant and calm.

They were very empathetic, I was lucky to have previous experience and honestly I felt very comfortable and heard. I recommend going prepared with perhaps more basic questions, so as not to get stuck or draw a blank.

The interview was great from start to finish. The team showed great organization, professionalism, and human warmth.
