Customer Service Representative
The interviewer had a great understanding of the job offer, they explained the benefits, the salary expectations, the tasks involved, potential work locations, and work hours. The interviewer's conversation was very fluid and easy to understand, considering the challenges a candidate might face.

They invite you to a group video call and then they write to you by email offering you a position in some branch indicating the hours per week and the approximate salary to receive. In my case, I couldn't be in the branch they offered me, after a few months I wrote to them again and I entered another one.

First, there was a phone call lasting about 45 minutes. Then, there was an in-person group session where all the selected candidates had to interact. We had to introduce ourselves, state our strengths and weaknesses, talk about how we feel comfortable working in a team, and what we expect from the company. Afterwards, we played group games where they presented a case, and we had to explain how we would solve it.
