Social Media Manager
So I had this quick initial call with the recruiter, they just asked me some generic questions about my experience and knowledge, and a bit about the job and company. Then I moved on to interview with the hiring manager, which took about two weeks. After talking to the hiring managers in person, they totally ghosted me even after I followed up a few times by email. It wasn't until like 7 months later that I finally got an email saying I didn't get the job. The communication was horrible and they were unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them.
- Can you tell me about your overall experience and how it makes you a good fit for this position?
Software Developer
The interview process includes 4–5 rounds depending on the team. There are 4 technical rounds and 1 HR round. The first three rounds focus heavily on problem-solving skills, technical depth, and system-design discussions.

- Can you describe your SQL skills and any complex queries you've written?

Manager
The good: When I asked, the people I interviewed with were upfront that the company was 'chaotic' and 'very high pressure.' The bad: During this time, the company was facing accusations of illegal activities, was exposed by a short seller, and had two class-action lawsuits filed against it. Its stock price, a significant part of employee compensation, fell from $12 to $4.50. Two interviewees who had only been at Faraday Future for a few months left, and they sounded unhappy on our calls. I received an offer, but they wouldn't share any details about their legal and financial issues. It felt like I would be joining a sinking ship, and having Faraday Future on my resume would be a disadvantage due to the ongoing allegations and negative news.
- Can you describe your experience as a manager?
Vehicle Engineer
Got an email from the Hiring Manager for a quick call. It was supposed to be 45 min but wrapped up in 15. He asked 3 questions, I answered them well, and he said I should come for an onsite. They arranged travel to Gardena, LA. At the onsite, I met 7 people: 2 managers from another team, 2 more from that same team, the Hiring Manager, the Director of the department, and finally HR. They mostly asked simple questions, and surprisingly, two interviewers hadn't even seen my resume beforehand, so I gave them a copy. The vibe was friendly and respectful. HR called the following Monday with an offer for a Contract To Hire position.
- Can you explain CAN theory and its explanation?
- What do you do if you are providing 12v on one side of the wire and you're only receiving 9V on another side?
- Can you tell me about behavioral questions regarding communication issues with international people?
