Behavioral Technical

I interviewed for a position here 3+ months ago and had what I thought was a positive experience. After the interview, the recruiter told me they wanted to move forward with my candidacy and requested all my documentation, which I promptly provided. I was told my application was "waiting for management approval" and that I would hear back soon. That was over three months ago. Since then: complete radio silence. No updates, no rejection email, nothing. I've followed up multiple times and been completely ghosted. This experience shows a complete disregard for candidates' time and a serious lack of basic professional courtesy. If this is how they treat potential employees during the hiring process, I can only imagine what it's like to actually work here. Taking someone's personal documents, giving them false hope, and then disappearing is not just unprofessional—it's disrespectful and raises serious questions about the company's ethics and organizational culture. Save yourself the frustration. A company that can't even send a simple status update or rejection email after 3+ months is not worth your time or energy. There are plenty of organizations out there that actually respect job candidates.

Don't bother interviewing at Exusia if you want transparency. I told them I wanted 38 LPA fixed (not counting PF and medical) via email and call, and they seemed okay with it. They had me do 2-3 rounds of interviews. After that, they asked for my offer letter snippet, last 3 months' payslips, and stock options screenshot to give me an offer. I gave them everything except the full offer letter (to hide the company name). Then, they offered me only 28 LPA, saying it would go up to 30 LPA after 3 months probation. This was way less than I expected and what we talked about. It felt like a waste of my time and they broke my trust. If you care about your time and want clear expectations, think again before talking to them.

Technical Behavioral

Wanted to share my interview experience for this company. I was really excited about the role and joining the team, but the interview process was pretty disappointing. The interviewer was really harsh and sometimes confrontational, asking questions that felt like they were trying to catch me out rather than understand my skills. I get that interviews need to be tough, but it felt more demoralizing than helpful. The interviewer was also dismissive, which made it hard to have a real conversation. This kind of approach doesn't really help them see what a candidate can do and says a lot about the company culture.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. There were three main rounds: two technical interviews and then a managerial discussion. After that, there was an HR chat. The difficulty of the interviews ranged from easy to challenging. The managerial round lasted about 1 hour and 45 minutes and included a mix of technical topics and a general conversation about past projects and potential future roles.
