Desktop Support Specialist
First spoke to the recruitment team in the US, then had a second stage phone call with the manager. Both calls were well managed and the people were polite and accommodating. Next was an in-person round at the head office in London with team members flown in from the US, including the team leader and manager. They were very professional and personable. The final stage was with HR and the Managing Director, which was a great informal chat – comfortable and direct, no time wasted.

Sales Executive
The whole process was super fast and easy. I first had a quick call with the internal recruiter, then chatted with the hiring manager over the phone, and finally met in person with the hiring manager, the head of America's sales, and a business development rep. The recruiter call was about my background and what I'm looking for in a job. The hiring manager call was about my sales experience, my sales style, and if I was interested in the company. The in-person meeting went deeper into my sales experience, how I handle specific deals, teamwork, and my interest in the company. Overall, I really liked how it went!

Product Manager
The interviews started with three phone interviews with HR, the hiring manager, and another executive. I was then invited to the office to meet with four others I'd be partnering with and HR. The interviews were each 30 minutes or less. The interviews were very conversational and focused primarily on personality fit. There were a couple questions on my background and some reluctant conversation on the need for role. This was a new position and I don't think the interviewers had a common view as to its necessity, the specific responsibilities, the reporting structure within the company, or how the company's integration into NASDAQ was going to affect them. Further, they were reluctant to discuss the primary competitive challenge facing the company and product line until I pressed the issue. Ultimately, the people seemed very nice. I recommend other candidates research the company with friends and customers first so you're sure you have an understanding of the business.
- Can you share an instance where you had to pivot a project or business strategy?
Software Engineer
I applied through my Grad School referral. First, I had a 30-minute chat with Haley, the recruiter, who was super helpful. Then, I did a 30-minute technical screen with the hiring manager and a team member. It was pretty broad, covering different languages but no actual coding. The onsite interview was the next week and was amazing. I got to work on real customer tickets and fix production issues. The team seemed great and the culture felt fantastic. I turned down the offer because we couldn't agree on the salary, but overall it was a really good experience.
