We're looking for someone with a sales-minded, hunter mentality B2B experience. You'll need to be good at cold calling and outreach, showing persistence and hustle. CRM is a plus. There will be multiple sales-focused rounds to assess personality fit and your ability to ask great questions to better understand scope and business structure/processes.

The interview process was good and very welcoming. The interviewers were very friendly, and I would look forward to interviewing with them again if given the chance. They were very welcoming and not hostile. The interviewers were courteous and really informative, showing human understanding and graciousness. They were accommodating and willing to listen to what I had to say, and there were a few tests here and there.

A recruiter from the team reached out directly to me with an opportunity they thought fit my background. I said I was interested and asked about the next steps. After a few days with no reply, I followed up again, asking for the next steps and sharing my availability for the week. Still no response. A week after they first contacted me, I got an automated rejection email. I never even applied for the role!

A Cyber Coders recruiter reached out to me December 22nd of 2022. After a failed attempt to contact me for an interview, she went on to stop returning my calls to reschedule our interview, and stopped returning emails. I had to contact the corporate office who I was told would speak to the recruiter and would be in touch with me by weeks end (this was on Thursday morning). Almost a week later, the recruiter finally called me back (Wednesday). This companies recruiters do not value canidates time. A manager never reached back out to me either. This ordeal went on for four weeks. Stay away from Cyber Coders.
