First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Everforth CyberCoders.
Software Engineer
A Cyber Coders recruiter reached out to me December 22nd of 2022. After a failed attempt to contact me for an interview, she went on to stop returning my calls to reschedule our interview, and stopped returning emails. I had to contact the corporate office who I was told would speak to the recruiter and would be in touch with me by weeks end (this was on Thursday morning). Almost a week later, the recruiter finally called me back (Wednesday). This companies recruiters do not value canidates time. A manager never reached back out to me either. This ordeal went on for four weeks. Stay away from Cyber Coders.
- This place is run by incompetent recruiters.
Senior Software Engineer
It was a terrible experience. The recruiters would tell us one thing, but the actual business team would say something completely different. There were a lot of different groups involved, and they just didn't seem to communicate with each other at all. To top it all off, there was a pay rate issue right at the end. After I had already accepted the offer and provided my previous pay rate, they reduced the offered rate by $15/hour. I can't say for sure if this was because they knew my old salary, but it definitely makes me suspicious.
- What is your earliest availability to start?
Software Developer
It was a tough interview process, and they expected a lot of skill. The interviewers were good at explaining things, even if the questions seemed a bit tricky. They gave us some code and asked us to identify the object-oriented programming patterns used and why.
- Could you identify the object-oriented programming patterns in the code and explain why they were used?
