Executive Recruiter
We're looking for someone with a sales-minded, hunter mentality B2B experience. You'll need to be good at cold calling and outreach, showing persistence and hustle. CRM is a plus. There will be multiple sales-focused rounds to assess personality fit and your ability to ask great questions to better understand scope and business structure/processes.
- Can you share your sales experience in B2B environments?
Recruiter
Overall a great interview experience - I got to meet with 3 separate hiring managers and they moved me along to each step very quickly - I completed the interview process in less than 2 weeks. Each interview was very conversational and felt comfortable and the individuals I met with were all very transparent about the role, company and answered all my questions with confidence.
- Can you share your background and experience?
- What methods have you used for prospecting in the past?
Executive Recruiter
The interview process was pretty straightforward and accommodating. It started with a phone call from the recruiter, followed by a quick 30-minute chat with the hiring manager. Then, there was a 1.5-hour onsite interview. After that, the hiring manager mentioned he had no reservations, so I sent a thank you email the next day. The following Monday, the hiring manager contacted me to say they wanted to proceed and check my references. I kept checking in with my references throughout the week, but they hadn't been contacted. On Thursday of that same week, I asked the hiring manager about the timeline for the process but got no reply. I then emailed the initial recruiter who reached out to me about the role, but still no response. Most recently, I called the manager and followed up by phone, but I haven't received a callback. This whole experience felt very unprofessional, especially since they reached out to me for the position and indicated they wanted to move forward, but never even contacted my references.
