It was a 2-part interview process. First, a 30-minute video call with the manager, followed by a 1-hour meeting with the Director. The interviews were mainly conversational, focusing on my background, skills, and work ethic, without any tricky behavioral or difficult questions.

Don't bother applying for jobs from CyberCoders. I've been contacted about the same job/company for over 7 months. If the company they work with can't hire someone in 7+ months in this economy, or they keep changing their minds, then just drop them and stop wasting people's time.

Had a phone intro with the recruiter, who then passed my info to their client and set up the next interview. It turned out to be a mutual waste of time because the client needed someone with a book of business in a very specific industry subset. The recruiter from CyberCoders then refused to take calls or emails after that screw-up. This seems to be a common thing in the recruiting industry; instead of qualifying applicants/leads, they just do a 'spray and pray' approach to see what sticks.
