Behavioral Case

You start by submitting an online application with your personal info, work history, and education. If it looks good, a recruiter will call you to chat about your background and see if your communication and customer service skills are a fit. If that goes well, you'll come in person to one of Etech's offices for a more in-depth interview. This will probably include a skills test and a role-play. If you do great, they'll offer you the sales agent job. You'll get training and support after that.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • Tell me about your sales experience and how your skills have helped you hit your targets.
  • Describe a situation where you dealt with a tough customer and how you resolved their problem.
  • How do you manage your time and tasks when you have many leads, and how do you make sure you meet your sales goals?

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process lacked professionalism. The first telephonic round, scheduled for 5 pm, started late at 5:35 pm. The interviewer was bossy and spoke rudely, making demands as if addressing a child, despite my 4+ years of experience. They inquired about expected salary during the first call, which is problematic if they cannot meet expectations. They pressured me to negotiate my expected salary down to my current pay with minimal hike, questioning the incentive to switch organizations. The interviewer's demeanor was unpleasant and unprofessional.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • The interviewer seemed more interested in my personal life than my professional background, asking about the size of my family.
  • They asked about the professions of my family members.
  • The interviewer inquired about my hometown.
