Technical Behavioral

The selection process has 4 rounds. Round 1 is an MCQ test covering keyboard shortcuts and grammar like 'if', 'an', 'a', 'there', 'their'. Round 2 is the main round, a mock chat where your soft skills are evaluated; remember to use words like 'Awesome', 'amazing', 'great choice' during the chat. In Round 3, you'll talk with the language trainee who will ask basic customer queries, mainly to see how you handle those situations. The 4th round is with the Sales TL, involving similar customer questions and some basic questions about your background.
