They call you for an interview but won't tell you that all rounds will be in a single day. The interview lasts almost a whole day, and they take your phone. The interviewers are a bit egoistical and act like rulers, as if they're doing you a big favor by interviewing you. Their leave policy is terrible; you have to inform them a month in advance for festival leaves, and they still review it before approving. They only have afternoon and night shifts and provide one-way transportation. They also take your phone while you're on the floor. Working there would feel like living in prison. (Leave policy details and phone confiscation are not directly related to the interview process but are part of the overall experience described.)

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process lacked professionalism. The first telephonic round, scheduled for 5 pm, started late at 5:35 pm. The interviewer was bossy and spoke rudely, making demands as if addressing a child, despite my 4+ years of experience. They inquired about expected salary during the first call, which is problematic if they cannot meet expectations. They pressured me to negotiate my expected salary down to my current pay with minimal hike, questioning the incentive to switch organizations. The interviewer's demeanor was unpleasant and unprofessional.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • The interviewer seemed more interested in my personal life than my professional background, asking about the size of my family.
  • They asked about the professions of my family members.
  • The interviewer inquired about my hometown.
