So, for Reliability Engineering at Entegris, it usually kicks off with a quick chat with a recruiter, just to see if you're into it and if it's a good match. Then, you'll probably have one or more technical interviews with some of the engineers or the manager. They'll want to hear about stuff you've done, how you solve problems, and if you know about reliability things like finding the root cause of issues, how to prevent problems, and using data to make things work better. You might also get asked some questions about working with others, talking to people, and what you do when things go wrong or a machine breaks down unexpectedly. Usually, it ends with talking about an offer and a background check. They really care about if you're good technically, can think critically, and if you're on the same page with their values: innovation, integrity, and working together.
