First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Entegris.
Process Engineer
Phone screen first, then interview with the hiring manager. Expect some light behavioral questions and some easy technical questions. They responded pretty quick too, offering me the position just 3 days after the interview.
- Can you describe convection, conduction, and radiation?
- What's the ideal gas law?
Production Engineer
so after you apply, if you're a good fit, you'll have a phone call with a recruiter, then a phone call with the hiring manager, and then you'd go onsite for a panel interview, which includes a tour of the place. During the panel and all the chats, they mix in technical and behavioral questions.
- Given the definition of leadership, please share an instance where you used it to influence others.
Process Engineer
The interview process was long and dragged out. I interviewed with people I would not be working with. It had a cliquish feel as soon as I stepped into the building and people were stand off-ish. Not the best atmosphere that made me not want to work here.
